Canada Business Application Specialists - Dealership Software The successful candidates will create and deliver premium implementation and educational services focused on our software products to customers, partners and internal sales and support staff. To meet the needs of these various groups, the successful candidates will travel extensively throughout North America. As part of the implementation team, the successful candidates will assist in the organization, setup and maintenance of the infrastructure needed for the delivery of educational services as well as providing support and technical assistance with the setup and configuration of the customers' site for both pre and post-implementation operations. You are highly computer literate and possess excellent interpersonal skills in addition to effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. You have had business experience within the dealership community and are perhaps looking for a career change. You are passionate about sharing your acquired knowledge and focused on customer service. You have a practical understanding of standard accounting principals and two or more years of experience providing in-person training, preferably in a software environment.
